She has worked with a well-known Fortune 500 company, luxury retailers and non-profits, offering leadership development, personnel training and special event planning. Ms. Ripley has presented seminars to corporate executives, business leaders and entrepreneurs across the United States. Ms. Ripley is a certified Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant with The Protocol School of Washington.

She is a member of The Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, The Fayette Chamber of Commerce, The Society of Human Resource Management, The Christian Business Network, and The American Society of Training and Development (ASTD). She also serves as committee member for The Salute to Greatness Awards Dinner – the annual fundraiser for The Martin Luther King, Jr. Center for non-violent social change.
